Pre-Order Items

All pre-order sales are considered final. Once a pre-order has been placed, production and inventory are reserved specifically for that order.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on worn, washed, used, or damaged items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the claim and work to provide a replacement or store credit when appropriate.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be approved for sizing issues only if:

The item is unworn and unwashed

Tags are attached

The exchange request is made within 3 days of delivery

The requested size is available

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the error was made by GambinoLuxx.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, orders enter processing and cannot be canceled.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
